• Swelling and tenderness may be present for 24 to 48 hours after your treatment

• Sleep with your head elevated for the first few nights

• Avoid touching your face for the rest of the day to avoid infection

• Bruising may occur - Arnica or hirudoid cream may help to speed the recovery

Avoid the following activities for up to 7 days after treatment:

• Skincare products containing active resurfacing ingredients
Excessively hot showers, baths, spas or saunas

• Further clinical treatments (including microdermabrasion, laser, intense pulsed light, chemical peels, anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers)

• Spray or self-tanning

• Swimming in chlorinated pools or the ocean

• Tattooing (including cosmetic tattooing)​

• You may begin your regular skin care regimen 3-4 days after your treatment - you should wait a week before you begin any Retinol products
